IP's & ports
The virtual environment resides on webservers. It is possible that not all info from the server reaches the user's computer because of firewall protection, some ports are closed. If you can not log in on the environment, please change the settings of your firewall. Use the list below.
FRAMEVR - Language villages and EDU Frames
In general, no ports will need to be exposed in order to use the public website framevr.io
If your network is particularly restrictive with outbound traffic, it may be necessary to do one or all of the following:
- Unblock outbound ports 10,000 to 13,000 (UDP) for all IPs (WebRTC Transports)
- Unblock outbound ports 15,000 to 18,000 (UDP) for all IPs (WebRTC Transports)
- Unblock outbound ports 80 and 443 for Web Traffic to framevr.io and api.framevr.io
- Unblock access to framevr.io by domain name
- Unblock access to api.framevr.io by domain name
- Unblock access to by *.twilio.com domain name
STUN/TURN
FrameVR also supports failover connectivity, for special class networks using STUN/TURN.
Please run this diagnostic and report these results to Frame if unable to connect to framevr.io
Also check the STUN/TURN Server List and whitelist as appropriate.

Note: If Frame audio/video is working but media assets are not appearing properly inside of it, you may need to whitelist the cloudinary.com domain

OpenSimulator System requirements
To connect your computer to the virtual environment it must meet the following requirements.
note: The best way to check is to install the software and see if it runs!
Windows minimum:
- Internet connection: cabel or DSL
- Operating system: Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, XP of Vista
- OpenSim viewer: Firestorm viewer
- Computer processor: 800 MHz Pentium III or Athlon, or better
- Computer memory: 512 MB or more
- Video/Graphics Card for XP/2000:
- nVidia GeFofce 2, GeFofce 4 MX or better
- of ATI Radeon 8500, 9250 or better
- of 945 chipset

- ATI Graphics Cards (X800, X900; X1400, X1500, X1600, X1700, X1800, X1900)
Linux minimum:
- Internet connection: cabel or DSL
- Computer processor: 800 MHz Pentium III of Athlon, or better
- Computer geheugen: 256 MB or more (more is strongly adviced!)
- Opensim viewer: Singularity viewer
- Linux Operating System: a moderne 32-bit Linux is required or Linux 64-bit.
- Video/Graphics Card:

- of ATI Radeon 8500, 9250, or better
- nVidia cards are strongly adviced.
